Setup

since everytime there’s a big move in any stock I tend to check the move in the bigger market, XIU.TO and since the market has been in a long-term uptrend per Figure 1, it seems to make sense to trade it as well.

Entry

I was a lot more patient with the entry this time, using the “buy-safe-zone” at 48.35. With about 100 CAD of risk, and a stop comfortably couple ticks away from the low set on 2026-01-30.
